I enjoy seeing a father interact with their daughter(s). I also love seeing girls having the best time with their daddy’s during photo sessions. Sure, we like the posed expressions for our hallways. So when older sis prefers to dangle her legs over the arm of the chair or just flare back in laughter during a session, I feel it’s my job to capture those classic moments. Check out the images below.
Oh, and I can’t help but mention that the younger sister was born one day after my youngest – Christianna – and just two doors down the hall at the same hospital. Raleigh is not my first home, but I’ve grown to love it thanks to the many mommy friends to share wonderful tales of raising infants and toddlers.
***I did not upload one of the family images, just in case they are a surprise for Christmas:)
I love family sessions, especially when they involve the energy of five 3 year olds bundled into one little guy. Lil man let us know from the beginning that we were on his watch and that we better get the shots we needed within minutes. Seriously. He was ready to run the trails — and why not? But check out the images below. Wouldn’t you love artwork like this to adorn your hallway or as Christmas gifts.

I really enjoy a family session where cuddles, hugs and nose kisses come without me suggesting. The natural lighting mixed with a natural lifestyle session makes for great artwork in your home. I can really see a few of the images, already edited, being blown up as canvas and large print in the house. Enjoy a few samples from Saturday. Can you tell it was 30+ degrees on Saturday morning? Whew! It was c-o-l-d!
